Miranda and I started our short term rental journey from a beautiful island here in Pacific Northwest. We purchased our second homes on Whidbey island, where we see them as a utopia for our kids during the pandemic period.  We opened for short term rental businesses, and we are just enjoying to see how other families, friends, kids and fury friends also enjoyed the breeze away from their own home. Thus was born, 2 PLUS, as we aim to provide homeowners who has 1 residential + 1 2nd home = more than 2 real estate properties.

We provide full serviced property management to owners and turnkey stay for our guests. Our homes feature designer furniture and touches, hotel grade linen and modern amenities to make you feel comfortable and luxurious.

We are also licensed real estate agents in the state of Washington and love helping people buy their dream homes or investment homes and manage their Airbnbs for them.
